Important information
- The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods.
- To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period has expired.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
- You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
